Biography

Tracy Kerubo Namukoma is an Associate Advocate at SKC Advocates LLP, bringing a diligent, analytical, and client-focused approach to legal practice. She has a strong grounding in litigation, commercial practice, conveyancing, and alternative dispute resolution, supported by hands-on experience gained within busy law firm and judicial environments.

She has been actively involved in legal research, drafting pleadings and affidavits, preparing contracts, and supporting advocates in trial preparation and dispute resolution matters. Her experience extends to conveyancing transactions, including drafting sale agreements, leases and transfers, conducting title searches, handling land registration processes, and registering charges through the Ardhi Sasa platform. She has also supported corporate and commercial work, including company registrations, compliance matters, and the preparation of board and shareholder documentation.

Ms. Namukoma has prior exposure to court operations through her internship at the Makadara Milimani Commercial Courts, where she assisted magistrates with legal research, case analysis, and the drafting of rulings and judgments. This experience has strengthened her appreciation of judicial reasoning and procedural rigor.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Tracy is recognized for her strong analytical ability, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
